White — Blend of 3 natives monovarietal white grape (single vinification)

Wine made from 3 native white grape varieties, harvested and vinified
together. Spontaneous fermentation using only indigenous yeasts, maceration on the skins in terracotta amphora from 7 to 14 days. Subsequent aging in amphora for 12 months on its own yeasts, unfiltered, unclarified.
No added sulfites. Only sulfites naturally contained in the wine are present.
