White — Malvasia + Trebbiano + Maceratino + Verdicchio (single vinification)

Wine obtained from Malvasia, Trebbiano, Maceratino, and Verdicchio grapes harvested and vinified together. Spontaneous fermentation using only indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins in amphora for about 14 days. Subsequent refinement in amphora for 12 months on its own yeasts, not clarified, unfiltered, without added sulphites.
