Red — 100% native monovarietal black grape
Wine made from a single native black grape using only indigenous yeasts, spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins in amphora for 4 to 5 days. Subsequent aging always in terracotta amphora for 8 months on its own yeasts, unfiltered.
