Rosé sparkling wine – Ancestral method – 100% native monovarietal black grape

Wine made from a single indigenous black berry grape with contact on the skins during manual pressing only, from which only the flower must is taken for this wine. It ferments spontaneously with use of only indigenous yeasts. Once it reaches the right level of sugars it is bottled and fermentation ends in the bottle.
It remains on the lees, not disgorged.
No added sulfites. Contains only the sulfites naturally present in the wine.
