Sparkling Rosé — Ancestral method
Wine obtained from 100% Montepulciano grapes with contact on the skins only during the manual pressing from which the flower must is taken. It ferments spontaneously with the use of indigenous yeasts only. Once it reaches the right sugar level, it is bottled and fermentation ends in the bottle. It remains on the lees, not disgorged, without added sulphites.
