Wine and bitter wild cherries flavored sweet beverage
Wine and sour cherry flavored beverage. Made with 14 months of maceration of sour cherries in a base of white wine and sugar, made just sweet enough with a syrup of sour cherries macerated in the sun in small demijohns and aged by the perpetual method by pouring new syrups into those of previous vintages.
