Notes on 2018 harvesting

The season started with an early sprouting, especially during March and April, when temperatures have been higher that the season average, and went on with a rainy May.

In June, temperatures grew again, and summer was good overall, with periodical showers and average hot in August.

September was particularly sunny with important temperature variations from day to night, allowing for a correct phenolic and aromatic maturation.

Under a weather perspective it has been a good year overall.
